When meeting the interviewer, it's important to have a firm handshake. Without going overboard, a firm handshake shows confidence and enthusiasm. It also helps to build trust. It's important to look the person in the eye. The most important thing to say when shaking someone's hand is their name. This shows that you are paying attention and respect the interviewer.
面接官とあった時に力強い握手をすることは重要です。力を入れ過ぎない限り、力強い握手は自信や熱意を示します。それは信頼を築く手助けにもなります。さらに、握手をするときに相手の目を見ることも大切です。最も重要なことは、握手をしている際に、相手の名前を呼ぶことです。これは面接官への尊敬と、あなたが相手に注意を払っていることを示します。
2.アイコンタクト（視線を合わせる）
Eye Contact
Eye contact is important because it's seen as an indicator of trust and confidence. Poor eye contact can signify that you aren't interested in the position - or that you are nervous. In contrast, too much eye contact can be intimidating and make the interviewer feel uncomfortable.
アイコンタクトは信頼と自信を測定するものとして重要です。悪いアイコンタクトはあなたがその役職に興味がない、もしくは緊張しているなどと思われてしまいます。また、過度なアイコンタクトは、相手を怖がらせたり、不快にさせてしまう恐れがあります。
3.ボディランゲージ（身振り手振り）
Body Language
Verbal communication is important, but body language is also critical. Slouching, leaning back or crossing your legs may be interpreted as a sign of disinterest or overconfidence. So sit up, lean slightly forward and engage in the conversation. Open, upside down palms are seen as submissive or confused. Open, doward turned palms show confidence when making assertions.
口頭でのコミュニケーションは重要ですがボディランゲージ（身振り手振り）も重要です。前かがみ、後ろに踏ん反り返る、足を組むなどは、興味がないもしくは自信過剰の表れとして面接官に取られてしまうかもしれません。まっすぐ座り、軽く前かがみになり、会話に参加しましょう。掌を開き上に見せた状態は、服従的、もしくは混乱しているとして見られます。掌を開き下にしている状態は何か主張をする時に自信を示します。

A job interview is a two-way street. The company is assessing you as a potential employee so it's important to turn the tables in order to consider the company as a potential employer. Asking tactful, relevant questions demonstrates your seriousness and enthusiasm. In particular, asking questions about the company's future shows that you are interested in the company's future success.
仕事の面接は双方的な物です。企業はあなたを将来性のある従業員になり得るとして評価して面接しているのですから、企業を、将来性のある雇い主として考慮するために面接の形成を一変させることは重要です。気の利いた、仕事に関連のある質問をすることはあなたの真剣さと熱意を明示します。特に会社の将来に関する質問は、貴方が会社の将来的成功に興味があることを示します。
5.笑顔で！

Humans have emotions, so when you don't smile or emote any type of positive facial expression during an interview, it can be a turnoff for hiring managers. Remember, hiring managers want to hire real people, not robots. Also, remember to use positive language even when discussing negative topics.
人間には感情があり、あなたが笑顔もしくは前向きな表情を面接の際にしない場合、面接官の興味をそぐことになりかねません。企業はロボットではなく人間を雇いたいということを覚えておきましょう。さらに何か否定的な話題を話している際には、なるべく肯定的な言葉を使うことも覚えておきましょう。
